<description>For those of you who have a Palm Pre and have had trouble setting up your charter e-mail, I have the solution.  After three months of owning the Palm Pre and no one at the Sprint Store could figure how to set the email up nor when I called for Palm Support until I got a hold of a technician who said he was in the Philipines.  His name was Jasper.  So thanks to Jasper, I get my charter e-mails on my Palm.  It works like a charm.

I also took the instructions that Jasper gave me to my local Sprint Store in Fairview Heights, Illinois and gave it to the manager.  This was one week ago and at that time, he told me they were still have problems figuring how to set it up.
